I will put all BobaTeaTats and General Tattoo Policies/Information here on this one page; However, there will also be other drop-down selections under the “Policies and Information” tab that will all the information from here separated into individual pages for quicker access to specific topics :)

This page section is structured with VERY IMPORTANT and also USEFUL information!! If you’re BOOKING an appointment, it is CRUCIAL, or at least highly recommended, that you take a look through my policies section! Note that there will also be general tattoo information, aside from just the BobaTeaTats Policies/Information (Ex, Healing and More). Again, I want to make sure that you can find everything that you may need or want to know about BobaTeaTats and also any/all tattoo information in one place! If you guys have any suggestions or recommendations for anything that I may have missed here or that would improve my page overall, please do, send those my way. I’d love to get ya'll’s feedback!
You will always find the most up-to-date information here on this website! While I am always working to make sure everything else, like social media/any other platforms, is also always updated with the newest information as well, this website will always be the first thing that I prioritize when it comes to updating things!
I’ll finish this page intro off by saying that I am very much an over-explainer, but it honestly kind of works out for making this page, as it will hopefully ensure that you will find everything you need on my website, since that’s what I had in mind when I structured it! On top of being an over-explainer, I’m also the type of person who enjoys it when I don’t have to go from site to site or article to article to find what I need to know. As I said above, again lol’ing at myself, this website will have both BobaTeaTats policies/information and general tattoo information included! How Booking Works

Also, be sure to read through my booking process thoroughly to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible for both of us :)
If you haven’t already, please text 864-862-0205 to open communication and discuss design/details if you haven’t already been sent from that # prior
Once communication has opened and we have discussed details, you will now use the booking area down below to schedule the appointment.
When at the booking area, you will see and choose from the different services that I offer. If you are unsure which selection to click, you can check out the services I offer under my services tab above.
After choosing your appointment type, you will then be brought to a screen with time slots 30 min apart
**Please note that these are only start times, and the duration of the appointment will be adjusted further into the process**
Now you will choose a START time that works best for you, and then proceed as the next couple of screens prompt you.
Once you have finished the booking, be sure to shoot me a message
You will then go to the other link for the deposit
(Deposit is $60 plus a small square fee, and non-refundable. $60 does go towards the final price on appointment day
Finally, I will go in to adjust the time frame and officially accept everything into the schedule after confirming the deposit

Deposit/Payments
POLICIES AND TATTOO INFORMATION
Policies
All payments are done through Square
**To book a card will be put on file and utilized if needed in specific cases, as written within the Schedule Change section right below this**
A $60 (Non-Refundable) Deposit is required
Deposit does go towards the final price
The deposit will be taken before I accept the appointment to secure the desired date and time
The deposit covers things like design time, supplies, prep time, and any of the other in-between processes/tools used or done to get ready/prepared for your big day
The Deposit is transferable 1 time only if rescheduling is needed; Otherwise, another full payment will need to be made to secure another appointment time
We’re all people, and I understand that things happen, which is why a deposit is transferable 1 TIME ONLY if any rescheduling is needed, if done before 48 hours, otherwise resulting in a $25 fee
If anything else comes up after the 1 transfer, A NEW Deposit will need to be taken to secure a new appointment, and the 1 transfer does reapply when a new deposit is taken
Age Requirement
Must be 18 years of age
Must bring a legal I.D to appointment, including walk ins
Guests/Kids
You are allowed up to 1 not being tattoed guest, unless discussed and allowed beforehand
NO kids are allowed, unless discussed and allowed beforehand
And I shouldn’t have to say this, but I will just in case, NO PETS
Numbing Cream
I Personally do not mind if you would like to use Numbing Cream, but be sure to let me know
I also OFFER NUMBING CREAM AND SPRAY for $25 each
Ask me about Numbing Cream when we are in communication
Colored Ink
Want colored Ink
I highly recommend doing a patch test if you want color, regardless of whether you already have color or not
Patch tests are $25 for supplies
3o min in appointment time
In desired colors a small symbol (heart, line, comma, etc) will be made in desired area
Flash Sales
Flash Sales typically last until a new flash comes out.
Typically, when a new flash comes out, ending the previous flash sale, the sale that was applied will be over, and the prices to the flash will be priced at the normal price.
Exceptions
check the caption of posts about each flash as sometimes I do run flash sales at the same time.

Schedule Change (Rescheduling/Cancellations/No Call-No Shows/Showing Up Late)
You must let me know about any type of SCHEDULE CHANGE at least 24 hours before the appointment
Any Schedule changes after the 24-hour mark are allowed, but a $25 fee will be applied; otherwise, the entire appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled and will also result in a loss of deposit. As again, the initial deposit is non-refundable!
Reminder that the deposit fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
A CANCELLATION will result in a forfeiture of your deposit
SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS will result in a $150 charge using the Card on File that was required to be entered to book.
NO CALL-NO SHOWS
No-Call/No-Shows will result in a $150 charge using the Card on File that was required to be entered to book.
You are considered a No Call/No Show if you are more than 1 hour, or if the appointment was on the shorter side, and you are going to miss it, you will be considered a no call/no show
SHOWING UP LATE
If you are not going to be more than 15 minutes late, you WILL NOT be charged the $25 late fee
If you are going to be late by more than 15 minutes, there will be a late fee in increments of $25 for up to an hour, every 15 minutes. If you are going to be longer than an hour or are going to be late past the scheduled appointment time, you will be treated as a no-call no-show.
